BPTR receives Mobile Workshop Service from PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB)

PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), general agent for sales and imports of Mitsubishi Fuso products in Indonesia, handed over a fleet of Mobile Workshop Service (MWS) to one of its loyal customers, PT. Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR) on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

This program is a form of after-sales support from KTB and Dealers for their fleet customers. Mobile Workshop Service (MWS) is expected to furthermore improve the services provided by BPTR to ensure all vehicles are always in prime condition and enable to reach customers who need on-site service. So that BPTR’s customers do not have to worry about downtime on their vehicles because they can be handled quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Director of Sales & Marketing KTB, Duljatmono said, "Since the Covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of PPKM, the business space has been limited even though some business sectors are still running, so we have taken the initiative to make collaborations that benefit our customers. Going forward, we will continue to listen and understand the needs of our customers and work closely with dealers to make it happen,” said Duljatmono.

Until 2021, BPTR has purchased nearly 1,300 units of Mitsubishi Fuso vehicles. This business collaboration continues to be built between KTB and BPTR not only in terms of product sales but also vehicle maintenance services, such as cooperation contracts with national authorized workshop networks, training and certification of BPTR mechanics with ATPM standards, providing training for trainers - Safety Driving, system integration support (Telematic Runner) with BPTR’s system, so BPTR can provide more value in the form of GPS information to customers with no additional cost.

To strengthen its rental business, in addition to always prioritizing excellent quality, BPTR also pays special attention and take part in environmental, social and economic sustainability. For instance, by utilizing renewable energy in the form of solar panels in office buildings, providing training for customer drivers and systems that encourage good driving behavior, to reduce fuel usage, minimize air pollution and also reduce traffic accidents. BPTR has also developed the PORTAL system, which accommodates efficient and optimal communication between BTPR with suppliers and customers through technology during this pandemic.

On the same occasion, the President Director of BPTR, Paulus Handigdo said "We appreciate the cooperation and support that has been established with KTB and its dealers, since BPTR was first established. Not only the procurement of vehicles, but also in other forms, such as training for mechanics and trainers, so that the quality and productivity delivered can be matched with the standards applicable in KTB. Today, with the extra support from KTB in handing over the MWS to us, I believe it will be very beneficial for our operations, in particular to maintain vehicle quality and provide good service to our customers.
